We typically work in one of two ways:

1) Case-by-case (discovery → plan → delivery)

When the problem is fuzzy or the system is messy, we start with a short needs mapping:

  • what you’re trying to achieve
  • what’s in the way (tech + process)
  • risks (security, reliability, compliance)
  • what “done” looks like

Then we propose a concrete plan: scope, priorities, timeline, and a realistic execution path.

2) Time & materials (ongoing work)

When you need continuous help (improvements, operations, incident response, delivery support), we work on a time-and-materials basis.

You get:

  • visible work and clear weekly priorities
  • a single owner for incidents and changes
  • steady improvements instead of random firefighting

What we don’t do

  • No public price list.
  • No vague “support” where nobody owns the outcome.

Billing & terms

All services are billed based on the customer agreement.

We use standard contract terms and conditions, and we’ll align on the practical details (scope, response expectations, communication, and access) before we start.
